I could see at a distance the loading of the cable cars a few blocks over….Went down to the street at about 11:40 or so and the place was teeming with people in orange. Sidewalks jammed. Made my way up to Montgomery and California after the team had passed by. Orange banners across the street, street littered with orange and white confetti, large orange, black and white balloons on each light pole about twenty feet up. Very festive. The town is all Giants fans. Everyone has a shirt, a hat, an orange wig, even orange ties on the business men. A nice bit of insanity.
